We provide you with the cut-to-shape pieces that you need, with a protective liner that is equipped with a strip for easy removing of the PET during your assembly. We also produce sub-assemblies consisting of phase-change thermal interfaces associated with their heatsink (ceramic or metal heatsink) or their heat pipes.
