These thermo-conductive interfaces are an alternative to traditional TIM thermal interfaces. They are perfect when weight is a key criterion of your equipment. They are very thin and flexible.
We offer them coated with a PET film to electrically isolate them when your application requires it, and with or without adhesive.
They are available in rolls of 1000mm x50m.
We also realize on CNC machine, without need of tools, parts cut according to your drawings to allow you an immediate integration in your equipment.
